She is a multi-talented individual with 11 years of expirence producing and hosting television shows around the world. Her producer credits include the highly rated national shows Secrets of Superstar Fitness, Discovery Health & Body Challenge and Star For A Day. Her specials have featured many A-list celebrities such as Ben Afleck, Jennifer Lopez, Hugh Jackman, Orlando Bloom, Sean Connery and Johnny Depp to name a few. She has appeared in the blockbusters Any Given Sunday and Stuck On You and co-starred in the movie Chapter Zero with Nip Tuck star Dylan Walsh. She has hosted behind the scenes specials for The Sundance Film Festival, The Independent Spirit Awards and The Emmy's. She was born and raised in South Florida. When she is not producing or hosting television she spends her time helping numerous charities including, Sharon Stone's Planet Hope, UM Cancer Foundation, Jason Taylor Foundation, Dwayne Wade Foundation just to name a few. On her free time she enjoys martial arts and combat fghting where she currently has a six degree black belt.
